Baltasar Ebang Engonga has walked free from prison because investigators failed to gather solid evidence against him regarding his reported 1.3 million-dollar fraud. The sex tapes alone don’t hold enough weight to imprison him since none of the women he slept with are minors. Additionally, no evidence of non-consensual sex exists.
Immediately after his release, Baltasar took to social media to address the shocking sex tape scandal that erupted during his arrest.
In his post, he wrote, “I want to tell the people of Equatorial Guinea, those videos are AI-edited; my enemies are trying so hard to bring me down.” However, it seems the media aren’t buying that.
People are questioning the authenticity of his statement, others are expressing sympathy and support, while others are just making a fool out of him.
