The legal proceedings regarding the death of musician Mohbad have recently concluded. Nigerian singer Naira Marley alongside his friend his friend Sam Larry has been freed from any charges in this case.
Abdulazeez Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley, had previously been implicated in the investigation. Sam Larry, formally known as Samson Balogun Eletu, was similarly cleared of involvement.
Additionally, Mohbad’s childhood friend, Owodunni Ibrahim, commonly called Primeboy, has been released as well.
The decision was officially announced by Magistrate Ejiro Kubenje. Consequently, all three individuals are now free of any charges. Moreover, this ruling follows legal advice that was provided by the Directorate of Public Prosecution.
