A 48 ~year ~old man was found inside a nearby flat with serious “injuries” and was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Following the arrest of a 23 ~year ~ old man on suspicious of the murder in North Yorkshire .
Police were called to Mayfield Grove , just after 10 pm on Friday and found the suspect at the street.
The suspect is still in police custody for further investigation.
